What really matters to leaders and readers?

Updated: Mar 4, 2021

“Sometimes I'll start a sentence, and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way.

Like an improv conversation.

An improversation.”

Michael Scott, The Office.

Readers may be surprised to learn that I have been blogging on evidence based strategies to enhance leadership capability and wellbeing since June 2015. Typically, I find inspiration from an article I have read, a talk I have attended, a podcast I have heard, or a client dilemma. My aim is to choose topics that will be interesting, challenging and relevant to my audience. Whilst my readers are quite diverse I understand that you all share my passion for enhancing leadership capability and wellbeing.

In the past I have taken an educated guess from the mail chimp stats to gauge your level of interest in my articles. This is not a very scientific approach, therefore this week I am asking you to please tell what topics interest you that you would like me to research and write about.

Please click here to complete a short anonymous survey or if it’s easier, just send an email and let me know your thoughts.

“Honesty is such a lonely word Everyone is so untrue Honesty is hardly ever heard And mostly what I need from you.”

Thank you to my daughter for sharing the Michael Scott quote.
